If you would like to get used to the basics of wiki edition, we have created a Sandbox space on this wiki. This space is meant to let you learn by yourself.

Create a New Page

New pages can easily be modified by entering their names in the right panel of this page. After entering the name of the page, you will be immediately presented with the editor.

Edit Existing Pages

Registered users can easily edit existing pages by selecting the option Edit option from the top menu of the page. If that option is not available, it means that the page can only be edited by certain CalSWIM users.

Register Your Databases

One of the unique features of this wiki is the ability to show the results of database queries in pages. If you have a watershed/wetland related database, you can easily register it here.

One of the unique features of this wiki is the ability to show the results of database queries in pages. Users can register their watershed/wetland related database in this wiki and then they can display the data that is retrieved from these databases on the pages that they create. Currently, the following features are implemented for retrieving data from databases and displaying them in the wiki pages:

• Retrieving data and displaying them in a table.
• Plotting data on a chart.
• Retrieving single values and displaying in the content of the page.
• Displaying a location on a map
