Pages can have file attachments of several kinds. For example, PDF
files, Excel spreadsheets, etc. There are many ways of adding
attachments to a page. Here we explain two ways of doing that.
On the editor:
While you are viewing the page:
Attaching While Editing
On the editor:
- Click on the "Insert an Attachment Link" icon. That will pop up a small window.
- Choose "Browse" to select a file from your local computer.
- Select the file, and click the Open button.
- Click "Attach this File". This will copy the file from your local computer to CalSWIM. If successful, you will see the file on the list in that small window.
Attaching Under Normal Browse View
While you are viewing the page:
- Expand the Attachments at the bottom of the page. It will show you the attachments that are already there.
- Click "Add an attachment".
- Choose "Browse" to select a file from your local computer.
- Select the file, and click the Open button.
